reactivating my old number
I left the country last fall and will be back in 10 days. Is it possible to use my old sim card, hence the same phone number? This is usually done by phone but I am not there yet. I know it's not a problem if less than 60 days have passed but it has been 6 months.
I do not know if this is the right place to ask (the following) but if same card/number is not possible can you send a new card to the address you have on file, hence it will be ready by the time I get there.

Hi @pintree3
You can use the old sim for a new plan, but you need to activate a new number, since you have 60 days to be able to use the previous number0 -
If you still have the old sim card, why don't just use its activation code and try to activate a new plan on it? This can be done online. As you said, the number would no longer be available if it has been more than 60 days. Unless you want to contact https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/contact-us and see if they can do anything.
