I recently checked my account and saw that my payment was due in three days, so I chose not to change my plan at that time. However, the payment was deducted immediately, and the freezing period began the same day.

As a result, I’m now unable to make any changes to my plan until the next billing cycle. Additionally, since this is the third month, data rollover does not apply.

I would really appreciate it if any of you could assist me with this situation—particularly regarding the data. Any help you can offer would mean a lot.
