incredibly slow internet

i just signed up for the 400mbps product and i'm getting 1mps connected directly from the modem something seriously wrong.

    You need to activate your connection https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem#6

    Log in to your Fizz account.

    You should see a tile with your order details in the Overview section. If not, go to My settings ­>­­ Order history.

    Activate your modem. It will then switch to the speed associated with your plan.

    *If an installation appointment with a technician was scheduled with your Home Internet order, this step does NOT apply to you.

    Hi if your modem is active contact support for test. Reboot modem for try if correct.
