Bixi promo code still not working

Hi everyone,

Inputting the bixi code still doesn't work for me, I know they corrected it a few days ago, but I didn't get any other codes with a different day or anything. When I enter it says: "The promo code you entered is already used by member" and when I try it on mobile it gives me a rebate of 0$. Anyone else has the same issue or knows a workaround?

    The only suggestion can I give you to try using a browser in private mode to see if it will make any difference. Otherwise, to contact the Bixi support or the Fizz one

    It didn't work :/ Also tried clearing my cache and cookies. I tried contacting Bixi, but they haven't answered me since yesterday, I'm assuming that they have a some off days for Easter. I'll try my luck with Fizz, thanks.

    My problem was a bit different (Fizz sent the promo code after the Bixi automatic renewal) but Bixi fixed it.

    Contact the Bixi support, they'll find a solution, but be patient it could take a few days (3 days in my case)
