How do you like your FIZZ TV on Roku?

I was waiting for so long for Fizz to launch the Fizz TV app on Roku and what a disappointment.

When watching TV, you can't see the name of the show/program, only the channel's name (See screenshot).

also when you watch a program and if you don't change the channel for 5 minutes or more, when you try to change the channel the app freezes.

The way to change channels is also annoying as it is not the same as on the Android based platform.

Fizz is using the same TV app as Vmedia, River TV and Freedom Mobile and the problem on Roku devices has been there for months if not years so I think that this problem with the channels not showing the name of the program is here to stay.

I feel as if technology in Canada is not evolving and instead is stuck, well and also maybe because Quebecor is using students to make these apps full of problems.

    This is the first release, your comment will be helpful to improve the app, give the opportunity to Fizz to improve it

    Hi, thanks for the feedback, so these are home apps. 

    For the question that it freezes, what version, and TV brand to know if it's the same problem everywhere.
