I never activated my e sim

I have never activated my e sim but I also wish to cancel this whole process. I noticed there was a charge on my credit card and I would like a refund

    The moment Fizz generates your esim profile is when your plan gets activated. That's when you start to be charged. Whether you actually install the profile on your phone is irrelevant.

    Fizz has a money back feature, if you are within 15 days from that activation, simply cancelling your plan should trigger a refund.

    If it has been longer than that, you'd have to contact Support and hope for their goodwill.
