Voicemail Pickup

I followed the following instructions to delay my voicemail picking up calls. It came back as Failed to meet an application constraint / "user-no-reply-timer"(804).

Can you help?

1) Open the phone app
2) Type the code **61*+15146470999*11*30#
3) Press the button to dial the number
4) The system will confirm if it's correct

    Hi @MarcM

    Is your phone VoLTE certified?

    You can do the operation inserting the SIM to a certified phone to modify the configuration

    You can always contact the support if your phone is VoLTE certified by Fizz and you still have problems https://fizz.ca/en/support

    I don't see anything wrong with it. You have a plan the includes voicemail with Fizz? You are sure that you are using your phone's built-in stock dial pad and not a dial pad in some app? If you have dualsim, or you sure you are dialling the code on the right sim? What type of phone?
