    At the moment you can have an eSIM only at the activation of the plan, since Fizz is working on the possibility to transfer a physical SIM to an eSIM

    If you open a new plan, you can pick the eSIM option

    however, remember that the plan cannot be used for more than 3 consecutive month outside the coverage area

    E-sims are for new members or for a new plan.

    If you have a SIM, it is not possible to transfer to E-SIM at the moment.

    The eSIM is for new plan, you can be an existing customer and at the activation of a new plan you have the option to pick the eSIM

    If you are an existing customer, unfortunately there is no way to have an esim on an existing account… It is available only for new activations

    You can have an eSIM to an existing account, but you cannot have in an existing plan (at the moment)

    If you PM me, I'm sure we can arrange something. Provided the local Esso station hasn't run out of them…

    Be aware, you will still have to register the SIM card to a residential address that is within Fizz' subscription area in Canada. Check here:

    Make sure, your address is in one of the subscription areas, merely being in the coverage area is not enough.

    You may also require a Canada-registered method of payment.

    Last but not least, be aware that plans primarily used on the roaming networks are subject to cancellation after three months.
