    Hi @Mitsu2023

No, you cannot, if the call is transfer to the voicemail, this doesn't have any filter

I'm very pleased with the ability to disable voicemail completely. With apps, texts, email, who really needs a voicemail?

With my previous provider I had to lookup tricks and whatnot on how to override recording time and such, with Fizz you can just disable it and I think it even saves you some money.

You shouldn't have selected this option when creating your plan. Plus, you'll have saved.

Are we talking about blocking any caller from leaving a voicemail or are we talking about blocking a particular number from leaving messages?

If you want to stop everyone from reaching your voice mail, does Fizz not allow you to cancel the call forward to your voice mail service? Try dialling

    #61#
    #62#
    #67#

and see if that turns it off.

I have no voicemail myself on either of my Fizz plans, so unfortunately, I can't try it out for you.

If that doesn't work, you may still be able to some free phone number from service such as Fongo or TextNow, not use it, and just forward your Fizz number to that instead of your voice mail.

And then, depending what plan you are on and how it compares to plans on offer right now, you may simply want to switch to a Fizz plan where voicemail is not included.

You can only block the phone from calling you at all… If you want to still receive phone calls from this number, I don't think there's a way to prevent them from only leaving a voicemail message
