I lost my sim card. Can I get an e-sim instead?

The only option I see on my account is to order a new one for $15!

Not at this time. esim can only be issued with new activations.
You may want to check with local stores to get a sim card as their prices do vary.

The eSIM is only offered for the activation of a new mobile plan.

Also keep in my mind that Fizz SIM can be reused so if you have a friend or a member of the family that it's no longer with fizz but still has the SIM, you can use that one
