Referral bonusses - Do they apply to all plans in my accounts

Question about referral bonusses. If I have multiple plans in my account, do they apply to all of these plans or just the one plan they were originally rewarded against?
Background is this, I decided to port a number to Fizz. However, since Fizz only allows number ports on new activations, I figured I activate a new plan on a new SIM card and cancel the original one. However, I don't want to lose the referral bonuses I currently have, one active, one pending.
I'm past the two months mark, so the bonus I received for joining is the active one but only partially used at this point.

Moreover if you close that plan you will lose them

So what if that plan no longer exists? But other plans do? Will the active bonus then just sit there forever while Fizz keeps charging my credit card?
Actual experiences from other customers would be helpful.

you will lose if you close the plan and if the person that used your referral didn’t pay for the second month he will lose the referral too

Ok, follow-up question. If you have multiple plans in my account at the time somebody uses my referral code, how do I know what plan the referral bonus binds to?

In your setting you can switch which account will receive the future referrals
is called plan receiving referrals bonusSelect the plan on which to apply any referral bonus you receive:

My Settings → Communications.
Funny, they have
- Plan receiving the mobile perks
- Plan receiving the referral bonuses
You'd think, it would be easy to add a third setting
- Plan receiving data gifts

You should be able to transfer those. If not, you need to talk to a customer service agent.
