Fizz - Sportsnet+

Hello Fizz Community,

I've noticed that Fizz is not listed as a TV provider option when trying to access live NHL games on the Sportsnet website. I currently have a Fizz TV subscription that includes the Sportsnet channel package, but I'm unable to use my Fizz credentials to watch these games online.

Other TV providers are available for selection on the Sportsnet site, allowing their customers to connect and stream content they're already paying for. Since I'm paying for Sportsnet through my Fizz subscription, I'm wondering why we don't have the same online access privilege.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Does Fizz have plans to partner with Sportsnet for online authentication? Any information or guidance from Fizz representatives would be greatly appreciated.
