Hitron CDA-RES modem usable?

I just signed up for internet and my modem should be arriving next week. In the meantime can I use my old Hitron CDA-RES? I plugged it in, but the US and DS lights are blue(engaged in channel bonding).

No need to ask support. No, you can only use the modem provided by Fizz for that account. The modem is tied to your account and will be provisioned accordingly.
