You can always order on line, if your phone are recent you can also opt for the eSIM, please be sure that the phone are on the VoLTE certified list, if you want to use for calls
And take into consideration the use of multiple account, and using the reference of your previous account, to get 25$ on each one

hi anyone know why i can't post a new post - i transferred in from fido to fizz with phsical sim card last night since i have no service and my imessage is not working either! i can't post this as a seperate post! not effective help received.0

I personally went to a Circle K in the suburbs and they had physical SIM... he did have to search for it though.1

Yeah, the SIM card situation in Vancouver has been a bit tricky. The store locator on Fizz’s site isn’t always accurate, and it seems like most places don’t restock frequently (or at all). Some people have had luck finding them at smaller convenience stores, but it’s hit or miss.
Ordering online is definitely the safest bet, even if it means waiting a few days. If you’re in a real hurry, you could check local buy/sell groups or even ask if another Fizz user in Vancouver has an extra SIM they’re willing to part with.

more than 24 hours has passed since i transferred my existing number from Fido to Fizz last night near UBC in Vancouver - still no service and even imessage is not working! fizz provide no update on what's going on! just kept telling me "rest assured" "our dedicate team is working it" "soon" "very soon" "be patient" - -I purchased a new physical SIM card and am using an iPhone 7 (confirmed it is compatible from the website and the rep). The activation process took over 2.5 hours to complete. Since ~ 8:36 pm last night, after the so-called successful transfer (no more Fido signal and Fido confirmed my line was transferred out), I’ve had no Fizz service. Even iMessage is not working, and there's no SOS display either.
I’ve tried other phones with the same result. I reset the network connection, restarted my phone multiple times, and inserted and removed the physical SIM card, but nothing works. The issue was escalated to tech support with a ticket last night, but there have been no meaningful updates. The last responses I received were vague, saying "be patient!""very soon," "any time," or "hopefully by the end of the day!"
We also tried transferring another existing line from Fido, this time using an eSIM card for an iPhone 13. After numerous attempts, the eSIM still could not be added to the phone. This has been an extremely frustrating experience so far.
My work and study heavily depend on phone service, and I'm now stuck. I can't transfer to another provider because my number with Fizz isn’t working—I can’t even receive a porting request. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I urgently need help.
Furthermore, I noticed that the discussion post was closed too soon, preventing me from continuing a meaningful conversation. The reason I decided to post here is due to the desperate situation I'm in. I tried posting on the community notes, and though I finally managed to post a short note, it was quickly closed, which prevented me from continuing the discussion and getting meaningful assistance. Out of desperation, I came here to make my first post.
The reason I chose Fizz was for its flexibility and cheaper plan. I don’t have the budget to temporarily get another line, as it would cost me more and I rely on the service that was promised. I don't expect to go and get another line and pay extra for it and i can't even get my same number back.0 -
fizz has either hide my comments and post or not approved them. my 2nd line got transferred last night from fido to fizz. i have so fizz phone service no data no meaningful updates from tech support. ridiculously crazy! almost 30 hours past no network service no data! what a nightmare experience so far!0
