want to know when my cycle ends

Hi @ciprofranco
You should modify your plan before the end of your billing cycle, Fizz suggest at least 6 days before.
You can find your date, on your account, also on the service agreement for example
Fizz is a prepaid service, therefore, when you modify your plan, the new feature will be added to the renewal

Login to your user page on the Fizz website and go to My plans and then click Usage on the Data tile. At the top, it will show your payment cycle.
Not sure what "feature" you would like to add. For an Add-On it makes sense to wait until the start of a new billing cycle so you'd get its full two-month validity.
If you want to change your plan, you can actually request it at any time and the system will actually defer the change to the beginning of your next billing cycle automatically. In fact, you can't change plans anymore a few days before the billing cycle ends. As Fizz has a plan freeze period there (4.5 days).

Good morning @ciprofranco
A snippet from the FAQ Elena posted:
“Good to know:
Keep in mind the freeze period during which your plan cannot be modified. Ideally, aim to submit your changes
when there are at least six (6) days left in your current payment cycle.
How can you know? Go in Your account > My plans. Look right under your monthly price and you will see the days remaining in your payment cycle.”
Cheers,
Brad
