Perks rebate for Refurb phone?

I have been with Fizz for a while
My perks has always been the 20Gg extra on my mobile plan that I never need.

My friend who joined later have rebate perks (75% off) on refurb phone which I do need.
Is there a way to update/get better perks?

    The perks to buy a new phone is supposed to be given to user that doesn't have a VoLTE certified phone by Fizz

    Perks are probably assigned individually for every user based on their usage history with Fizz. Using an algorithm known only to Fizz.

    Hmmm, well that would make me eligible for it then. I checked the list of VoLTE certified phones and mine isn't in there. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10e, as reflected by the "My phone" page. 🤔

    I called the number and it said my phone failed the test. My friend used the discount for his phone unfortunately.
