What condition? How true to the expected condition did you receive it?

    Hi @mar1ana

this is difficult question, since a preloved phone can also be an open box, you can check the fizz rules about proloved phone here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-preloved-phone

Hi, a used phone at Fizz with 2 categories. Perfect and almost perfect. You have 15 days for the return if you are not satisfied.

What is the 15-day return policy for a phone bought with Fizz? | Fizz

I purchased a preloved iPhone 13 about four months ago, and I've been really happy with my experience!

I bought mine in "Excellent" condition from a reputable online marketplace. The description promised minor scratches on the frame but no screen damage and battery health above 85%.

When I received it, the condition matched the description pretty accurately. There were indeed a few small nicks on the aluminum frame (mostly around the charging port), but the screen was flawless. The battery health showed 87%, which was actually slightly better than advertised. Everything worked perfectly - cameras, speakers, Face ID, all the buttons.

One tip I'd recommend: ask the seller for the battery health percentage screenshot before buying. That's really the most important "condition" factor that affects daily use. Also check if they're including the original charger and accessories.

I saved about $300 compared to buying new, and honestly can't tell the difference in everyday use. Have you narrowed down where you're planning to buy from? Some places offer short warranties on preloved devices which can provide nice peace of mind.
