Didn't get the 2 years badge nor the points

I was supposed to get my 2 years badge over a week ago but didn't. Is this normal? If I have to wait more time, how much longer?

    Usually it can take couples of weeks, but you can open a ticket from your account, it is the easy way, chatting with the support or a whizz it will end up them to open a ticket

    From your account my settings→ resolve an issue

    I got the same problem, and, after chatting with support, they quickly give my badge and points. The problem is I'm still in level 3 with -757 pointe to level 4.

    Your not the only one. I did not get my 6 month and my sister and her kids did not get there first month badge. they been here 3 or 4 month and i have been here over 7 months

    This seems to happen to everyone I know that uses fizz. For some reason the badges are not updating automatically. You will have to contact support and they will start a ticket for you. After that, wait a day or so and your badge should be updated.

    Yeah that happened to a lot of users with different badges/point bonuses
