How to request a re-send of the SMS # transfer.
Paid the top-up fee, and now Texts are able to be received at the original phone #.
How do I request the system to re-send the confirmation to transfer text, now that the phone # is working/alive on the original provider's system?

Hi, reboot your phone if you receive your SMS now. Otherwise, call your old provider to ask them to resend the text explaining that you have unblocked the account.
Probably Fizz receive Fail to transfert and start from scratch. You have to wait a while before starting again. Probably 2h00 or more.

I had a similar issue a few months ago,
It was solved by contacting both Fizz and the other provider's customer service (They can also talk to each other).
took half a day but eventually I got the text message.
Mind you- the Text usually has a short expiration window and you need to respond to it pretty quickly so stay sharp.0 -
Hi you should redo the procedure after 2 hours, also check that the previous plan was not activated otherwise contact the support to get their help
