Need help with data while fizz is working to resolve my issue

Requested (before the freeze period) for change of my plan for this month but it didn’t work. Contacted fizz and was told I also requested a cancellation of change after the first request. Strange! Don’t remember I sent the 2nd request. In addition, never received a confirmation for the 2nd request. Ticket was created but the issue is still there after a week. Anyway, I have to ask for some help here as the data is running out.

No def not you who sent the cancel request, it is always their system somehow declined your request and didn't tell you at all. I was pissed of that, it happens to me for 3 times already.1
