Wired connection to modem slow

Hi, I am currently subscribe to 200mbps download and 30mpbs upload. I have taken my laptop and connected it directly to my modem via Ethernet and did a speedtest using Google's speedtest page. My download is around 20-30 mbps and my upload is around 10mbps. This speed is giving me some issues. Can anyone help me diagnostic this issue? I have attempted to restart my router and the result is the same.

    Hi @bballboy

    try top reboot the modem, use a different cable and check the ethernet configuration in your laptop

    What color are the leds in the ethernet port?

    What speed do you have with wifi?
