Help! My Fizz Plan will automatically expire after 3 months
Whilst I was getting assistance from a Fizz support agent today to transfer a telephone number, I was told that my current address is not in the Fizz subscription plan and therefore the phone number cannot be transferred. I asked how that can be when I commenced a new plan with another phone just a few weeks ago, without a problem. That was when the bombshell was dropped: 'Oh, that plan cannot be used for more than 3 consecutive months. WHAT? I just bought a new phone and a new plan from Fizz and it will self-destruct after 3 months?
Is this really true? Have I been strung along for the last few weeks in order for Fizz to sell 2 new phones and 2 new plans that only last 3 months?
