Reactivate SIM

So my plan is deactivated for <60 days, and when I click on "reactivate" I am given 3 choices of what to do: order eSIM, order physical SIM or activate existing SIM. I still have my (not so) old SIM, so obviously I'd like to reactivate it. But when I key in the 6 digit code it says that the code is already connected to a member. Given that I used the SIM before, thats most likely me, but why can I not just use my existing SIM to reactivate my plan then? Or, if for some reason my SIM ID has been used by someone else, how'd I find out?

Thanks for your help

    Hi @fredster

It seems a bug, therefore, only the support can help you out since you should be able to reactivate https://fizz.ca/en/support

Can you try to redo the operation using the browser in private mode to see if it will make any difference

    From the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate

Log in to your Fizz account and go to My plans. You’ll see your plan there if it was deactivated less than 60 days ago. Click Reactivate and follow the steps.

If you no longer have your Fizz SIM card, you’ll need to order a new one.

You can reuse your Fizz phone number. If you transferred it to another provider when you deactivated your Fizz mobile plan, you can choose to transfer it back.

IMPORTANT – If your mobile plan was deactivated more than 60 days ago, reactivating it is impossible. You must start from the beginning and create a new plan. Create my plan

Now it worked lol, followed the same steps as before. Maybe the system needed some time to update?
    Thanks for your help :)
