VoIP router and WiFi router connected to Fizz modem not possible?

I am able to connect my WiFi router to my Fizz modem, but since the modem has 4 ports, I also wanted to connect my VoIP to the modem but this configuration does not work.
I am only able to connect my VoIP to my Wifi router, and the WiFi router connected to the modem.
Connecting ONLY the VoIP router to the modem does work.
The issue is when I use 2 ports of the modem, only one works!!!
Is this by design, only 1 port on the modem can work at at time.?
I don't understand the purpose of having 4 ports on the Fizz modem if I can only use one at a time.

If you have configured the Fizz's modem in bridge mode, you can use only one port
Therefore, if this is the case, you need to connect to your router

Hi, is your Fizz router in Bridge or router mode?
When you add another router, you have to put the Fizz router in Bridge.0 -
I believe bridge mode is to allow a user to connect a stronger Wifi signal for distance coverage in a big house.
The wifi signal of the modem is not strong enough, maybe it is sufficient for an apartment but for a large house, not useful.
Which is my case, so basically I am stuck to always using 1 port on the modem.
Nothing can be done programmatic to enable the other 3 ports?
I have not tried it yet but can you , instead of the bridge mode, use the WiFi of the modem and then setup a WiFi access point? Will this configuration slow things down?

If you configured the modem in bridge mode you need to reset it, but in that way you will need to configure the other router
In order to avoid this, try to connect the ATA (VoIP device) to the router connected to the first lan
