Why am I being threatened about abnormally high usage of partner networks?
"We notice an abnormally high usage of partner networks (identified by Fizz EXT on the screen of your phone) for the mobile services in your plan associated to the number (204) xxx-xxxx. The majority of your usage (more than 50%) must be done in your subscription area on the Fizz network, regardless of the coverage area you chose."

Hi @Mark77
Here is the link to the FAQ on the topic
Not all of Manitoba is a subscription area. I live in Winnipeg and have never had a problem. I travel occasionally to areas in Manitoba covered by partner network, but have never had a problem.
As previously suggested, reach out to support.

Hi for this contact the support for more information:
The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network.
We reserve the right to interrupt or block access to our network of partner providers if you use your mobile service primarily on their networks for 3 consecutive payment periods.

You should make sure your phone connects to Fizz network and not Fizz EXT. You can do that in your phones network settings.
Coincidentally, I was told by customer service that using external networks longer than 3 consecutive months could lead to disconnection by them.
