Receiving SMS/texts in SouthEast Asia

We will be traveling in Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia and I am wondering if I will still be able to receive SMS messages while traveling. Most concerned about 2-step verifications from banks.
We will use a local network e-sim for data but plan on keeping our FIZZ SIM active for calls/texts.
Can anyone actually verify if this will work? Thanks for all replies.

Yes the incoming SMS are free and working everywhere
However, the bank SMS are short message number, and I believe that they have some control to which country allow
You should ask your bank

Hi @stephen
Check to see if you bank has an app that will allow you to login with the phones biometrics rather than a SMS for two factor authentiction.
If not, consider setting up an account for your travels - the ones I use are no fee accounts and login with my phones biometrics, no sms required.
Cheers,
Brad
