I signed up 2 phones and customised both plans. (Week plus ago)

My question is when I go the website this plans don't show up?

Explain the cycle and when can I add or edit my plans?

    Are you sure you're using the right email? Check the confirmation email you received to double-check.

    Try using your browser in private mode—sometimes, the cache can cause unexpected issues.

    If you used the correct email associated with the account that has the two plans, contact support so they can verify this for you.

    To change your plan follow the steps here. Plan changes come into effect at the next payment cycle.

    To ensure that a change to your plan comes into effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle, please submit that change with at least six (6) days left in your current payment cycle.

    According to their plan change policy, a freeze period is in effect 108 hours (4.5 days) before the end of your payment cycle, during which time no changes can be made to your plan. You will have to wait for the next payment cycle.
