how do i update ssid password?

hello, i see from dec 2020, mike posted help for this (which I copied below), but i cannot remember my password and there does not seem to be a "forgot password option". so i cannot implement any of the steps… please help.

1) Open a web browser on any device and navigate to: 192.168.0.1

2) Connect using the following information:

Username: cusadmin

Password: xxxxxxxx (enter the new password you selected during the initial configuration)

Or you can always make a factory reset of the modem

Locate the reset button on the back of the modem
Use a small, sharp object to press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds
After the modem restarts, follow the same instructions you used when you first installed it
