I activated my phone and voicemail with the pin provided for the voicemail but forgot that pin that was sent by youand cannot access my voicemail now.

Could you please reset voicemail on your end and send me a new link?

You can reset , here the text from the guide  

To customize or reset your PIN: 

Follow the instructions in your voicemail or do it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.. 

 

Important: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.
