I think Fizz as a small company to compete those big company such as Bell, it must have some characteristics to attract customers:
1. Price is cheap
2. You can change your plan anytime
3. The reward program is good
4. Have some good feature as you can gift data to your friends
It also has some fields need to be improved:
1. Customer services
2. Added internet coverages to other provinces

Hi @junozero
They should improve customer service by providing more flexibility. For example, if there is an administrative issue, the first level should not just open a ticket, as this introduces unnecessary delays in resolving the problem but have the possibility to solve it on the spot.

Price, I hope my rate stays as is or goes lower the more I stay with Fizz.

My main concern is that they are quite slow at introducing new features, such as VoWiFi, 5G, eSIM (just introduced), a mobile app, and so on…

Hi, the price is good for mobile, for the coverage it works well. Internet speed as well.
The support, in my case always responds quickly but it differs depending on the problem.

Then there is obviously coverage, network quality and customer support. Not having branch services is not a problem for me, I don't mind it being online
