    @Aurora_Liao28, if your phone has been lost or stolen, you can use its IMEI code to blacklist it on Fizz Mobile by following these steps:

    1. Log into your Fizz account. Navigate to the "My phones" section.
    2. Report your phone as lost or stolen. Within the "My phones" section, you'll find an option to report your device as lost or stolen. Select this option to proceed.
    3. Block your phone and/or SIM card. After reporting, you'll have the option to block your phone and/or SIM card. The block is effective immediately upon submission.

    If you don't know your phone's IMEI number, you should be able to find it on the original packaging or in the documentation that came with your device.
