@Aurora_Liao28, if your phone has been lost or stolen, you can use its IMEI code to blacklist it on Fizz Mobile by following these steps:
- Log into your Fizz account. Navigate to the "My phones" section.
- Report your phone as lost or stolen. Within the "My phones" section, you'll find an option to report your device as lost or stolen. Select this option to proceed.
- Block your phone and/or SIM card. After reporting, you'll have the option to block your phone and/or SIM card. The block is effective immediately upon submission.
