Trying to give data to my daughter. Error message: contact does not have a data plan

And this is obviously wrong. My daughter is having a data plan and I gave her some data last month. What is going on.

    This happens to me, I was not able to give data to a specific user, double check these points

    • You wrote the referral number/ phone number without any space in it
    • Do you still have data from the current month
    • Try to use the browser in private mode
