IMEI of dead phone

Hi, my cell phone bricked, and I need imei to fix it

I put the fizz sim into a temporary phone, and fizz shows temp phone imei.

Is there a way to find out old (not working) phone. i din't knew the app was showing the IMEI previously and now it's the temporary phone that"s showing the IMEI.

I do not have the original packaging, it is a 6y old phone.

Already talk with someone on messenger but they told me to enter the *#06* in the phone but the battery is dead and not charging anymore so i cannot do that. still say's no to have it.

Anyone can help ?

    When I go into My account/My phones, I can still se my older phone (with it's IMEI). Previous phones info stay there for quite a while. Did you try that? It should still be there if the change was recent.

    Hi @sullivan_penot,

    In your Fizz account, "My phones" section, you will be able to see the phones you used with your Fizz plan.

    For each phone in this section, the IMEI number is displayed.

    For me, I can see only the old phone bought from Fizz I cannot see the old phone that I didn't bough from Fizz

    IMEI can sometimes be written on the SIM card tray.

    If you logged into Google at any point, Find my device should also have the IMEI.

    If the back panel is removable it should also be printed on the battery.

    "My phones" doesn't show previous phones used for me. And I only switched the SIM card over yesterday. It does however correctly identify the WWAN plug-in module it is now in. I'm impressed… :)

    Also, you will not find IMEI on the SIM card. IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) is the phone's serial number, not the SIM card's. The number on the SIM card is the ICCID (integrated circuit card identity).
