If I have CANADA+USA plan with Fizz, and go to USA for travelling will my plan data works there?

Yes it is for that purpose, enable the data roaming

If you are planning to use for calls to, your phone must be VoLTE certified by Fizz, here the list https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices#3

If you have Canada/US plan, with unlimited calls, and you phone is VoLTE certified, you can call in the US and in Canada and they are included in your plan.

Finally, you cannot use for more than 3 consecutive months https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
