Why mobile plan cheaper in Ontario than Quebec?
Lower limit of the data is different (1GB vs. 3GB)
Even Sim cards are cheaper in Ontario.
If I set the coverage as Canada, isn't there any differences?
Living in Quebec, can I switch to Ontario plan with the full coverage in Canada?

Hi @Graywhale
Probably they want to have more client from the other provinces
If you set Canada Coverage, you're still paying from Quebec
To have an Ontario-specific plan, you would need to create a new plan with an Ontario address and an Ontario-based credit card. You cannot change the province without this, otherwise, every user will do that.

Good morning @Graywhale
The big telcos always had cheaper plans in Saskatchewan and Manitoba where they used to have competition from Sasktel and MTS.
When Fizz and others came into Manitoba, the introductory prices were cheaper than they are now.
Different prices in different markets is quite common, not just in the phone industry.
Cheers,
Brad

Fizz probably sees they have enough customers in QC so they stopped being so aggressive with their plans.
My plan is cheaper and I take a fairly minimal plan. It's 6$ cheaper for the equivalent plan in QC.
The option for unlimited calls is doubled from $4 to $8
The coverage options between QC and the rest of the provinces are $5 instead of $7 in province only coverage.

Also in Ontario the Fizz network is nothing but works on Freedom mobile’s network, And freedom offers way cheaper plans so Fizz is matching with Freedom.
Note: Freedom speeds are lower than the big 3.
Not sure of the speeds of Videotron in QC.
