Unreasonable charges

I can't believe there is such a magical operator in Canada. It costs $15 to buy a card, and then $7 for no packages. The most infuriating thing is that you can't do anything with this $7. It's like you put a card in your phone and it doesn't work. You have to pay $7 a month. Is there a chance to receive free calls? Unfortunately, you have to pay, but I have already paid $7 and there is no function. I can't surf the Internet, answer calls, or send text messages. So what is this $7 for? No one told me.Do you have similar feelings?

If I understand correctly, your question, the $7 is the base price.

To get service, you need to put money out of your wallet if available in your area, buy an add-on that takes effect immediately or a plan of your choice.

Only receive text messages is free.

    Hi @dangdang12much

I don’t quite understand your complaint. When you sign up for the 7.00 plan (5.00) where I live, the web page is quite clear that there is no data, no voice, no text and usage is limited to your province.

What you are paying for is the phone number that will not change as long as you keep your plan active. So long as your account is active, you can add funds to your wallet (certain provinces only) or purchase add-ons.

Too bad you paid 15.00 for card. The current promo is 5.00

    Cheers,

    Brad

There is no other offer cheaper than this on the market. I guess you used a referral code and now you are mad because you actually did not pay anything.

I get your frustration—paying $7 and feeling like you’re getting nothing can definitely be confusing! The $7 is likely for the basic service to keep your line active, but without any added packages, it doesn’t cover calls, texts, or data. It’s a bit like paying for a seat at the table but not ordering any food. 😅

If you’re looking for better value, adding a small plan or customizing your services might help. And don’t forget, referrals can save you money too!
