Without any minutes in your plan, you won't be able to make or even receive calls unless you add funds to your Fizz wallet or buy an Add-on.
Or for sure buy an addon or put money in your wallet

To get service, you need to put money out of your wallet if available in your area, buy an add-on that takes effect immediately or a plan of your choice.
Only receive text messages is free.

I don’t quite understand your complaint. When you sign up for the 7.00 plan (5.00) where I live, the web page is quite clear that there is no data, no voice, no text and usage is limited to your province.
What you are paying for is the phone number that will not change as long as you keep your plan active. So long as your account is active, you can add funds to your wallet (certain provinces only) or purchase add-ons.Too bad you paid 15.00 for card. The current promo is 5.00
