Am i alone to have problems with my numbers/phones...seems that it's cheap for good reason...you pay less and you get nothing you need...support it's even worse...they open tickets and close them without even solving... support dont evenalways understand what you talking about...never experienced quality service so low nor network performance... and this while using their network certified phones

I have found Fizz to be as reliable as the big three telcos, and I am in Manitoba, often in rural areas.

I have never needed support tho, so I can’t speak to that.

    Cheers,

    Brad

No VoLTE working..nor wi.fi.calling... LTE speeds are usually capping 20-30 mbps where other operators going steady 60 even 100 mbps.. the network it's juste a joke

Correct. Wifi calling is not supported by Fizz. Personally, I do not have a use for wifi calling, although I understand that others may need it.

As for speeds, I don’t do gaming or stream content such as sports or movies to my phone, so 20-30 Mbps is actually more than I need.

Fizz works perfect for me, I am quite satisfied with what I get for the price, but I certainly understand if someone wants to pay more for wifi calling, faster downloads and live immediate tech support.

    Cheers,

    Brad

I have had no major issues with fizz so far. The few miner ones I had where handled quickly unlike my last provider. I have no need for wifi calling but would be nice to have if needed at some point. My speed normally between 50 and 80mb and I'm on the edge of there service area in ontario.

depends where you live, good to check the coverage map of different providers before choosing. fortunately I live in a pretty big city so no issues

my area is fully covered on their map.. but just in theory.. i do get newtork sign on my certified VoLTE phone (s24), but quality is so bad.. voice cuts on almost all discussions, my phone can't use VoLTE can't activate it at all!. when using fizz sim card function disappears; looking for alternatives already because I'm so tires begging for help, the support is useless, never solves anything but always closes tickets by saying fixed - in reality nothing it's fixed…

as mobile service operator, the quality is 0 (ZERO)

In Québec it's one of my worst experiences...and had chances to test other operator i can't name as of stupid rules here.. none had so many problems nor that fast... only 1 month with fizz and already hate it

VoLTE is active, but it is not displayed because Fizz has disabled the display option (via SIM provisioning).
Currently, I have the same result as you: 20–30 Mbps. But why isn’t that enough? This speed should be sufficient even for tethering.
If you have a signal, I don’t see why your calls are being dropped.

If you are still in the trial period, you can switch providers and get a refund if Fizz doesn’t suit your needs.

I agree (in part) for the customer service, sometimes is not great, they always need to open a ticket it seems that they don't have enough flexibility to solve the problem, they can only repeat the FAQ
