Sorry at the moment Fizz allow the porting only from Canadian mobile provider with a number coming from the subscription zone
Note that a number transfer cannot be done on a line that is already active with Fizz.
Your phone number must be a mobile number. If it's associated with a landline or VOIP, it cannot be transferred over to Fizz.
If you encounter an issue with any other type of number, please contact us using the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page so we can verify everything with you.
If your number starts with an area code outside the Fizz subscription area, your number cannot be transferred.

What you can do transfer to a mobile provider, which give you a trial period (in this way you can be refund) and transfer to Fizz after.

VOIP Number Transfer: Fizz only allows the transfer of numbers from Canadian mobile providers. Numbers associated with landlines or VOIP cannot be transferred directly.Dual SIM: You can use the dual SIM feature on your Pixel 7 to manage two numbers simultaneously. This would allow you to use a temporary number assigned by Fizz while keeping your current number until you find a solution for the transfer.
Alternative Solution: One option is to transfer your VOIP number to a mobile provider that offers a trial period. After the trial period, you can transfer that number to Fizz
