Didn't receive this. It's days past the one month anniversary. Should I just assume it's delayed? Or is it supposed to pop instantly?

    Sometime the badge will take some time wait a week to see if you will receive it

    The system is not perfect. Sometimes it takes a lot to update for points or badges.

    Yeah this is the first time I'm having to wait for points or badges. So I guess I've been 'lucky' so far. At least about this…

    I had the same issue, then I noticed I'm not getting any points either. I contacted customer support via chat and after a while it seems they added the badge and points manually and opened a service ticket which is still ongoing.

    Issues like that can happen, try waiting a few months and it should update itself.

    This happened to me as well. I'm on my third month now and still nothing on the 1st month badge. I suggest you open a ticket after the second month.
