yes, however something to know
Your plan must be a USA/Canada Plan https://fizz.ca/en/mobile
In order to be able to call when you are in the USA your phone must be a VoLTE certified phone, here the list https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
You cannot use for more than 3 consecutive months in USA https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
