I got the email with bar code and id number to return but there were no return address to send it to

can someone help let me know the return address where to return my cell phone for a refunds. completed the warrant claimed form already got email with bar code and id number but there were no return address where i can send the phone back. only had it a month and can't make call or received call was advised is under warrant to return for a refund.

    Usually you just need to go to the nearest Canada Post office with that bar code and they will send it back to Fizz. Just double check your email for instructions or contact customer support in case of any doubts.
