Why is Fizz charging us federal taxes during Trudeau's tax break?

I don't know if you're aware, but we're not supposed to be paying federal taxes right now, and I was charged for it :

The tax break is not on everything for my understanding mobile or internet plan are not included check the link that I pasted www.canada.ca/en/services/taxes/child-and-family-benefits/gst-hst-holiday-tax-break.html
