Fizz Wifi connection has changed it's name? I can't connect!

My wifi connection was called say FIZZ12345 and just a few hours ago became FIZZ12345-Easyconnect. I didn't modify the name so what happened? My wifi password doesn't work either(nor computer nor cell phone). Have I been hacked? How do I fix this please ?

try to turn off the modem for 2 mins

If this doesn’t work you need to reconfigure the modem

1. Locate the reset button on the back of the modem
2. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds with a small, sharp object
3. After the modem restarts, follow the same instructions used when it was first installed
