Can I use Mobile data from my Perks if travelling to Western Canada if I have Quebec coverage plan?

I'm on the Quebec coverage only and will travel outside the province. I plan to add funds to my wallet since the travel is short. But since I received a few installments of 20GB of free mobile data in my rewards, can I activate that and use this data instead?
