I was wrong to say I felt cheated before giving Fizz a chance to reply. I made that statement because I thought the money back guarantee might not apply to BYOD Customers. Apparently I was wrong. Other than not being able to get a temporary number, I actually really like everything else about Fizz. The portal interface and the customization is top notch 5 stars! Good job guys!
