I recently got a preloved samsung galaxy s24 and besides the fact that it was not in the original packaging, the phone looked brand new (it even had the plastic film on the screen).

As Elena bored, the battery may not be new. At 80% Apple recommends a battery replacement.

Read this, less than 80% for replacement but if the warranty is over, we have to pay. I rode my old one for a long time at 70 without any problem.

Since I've been with fizz, I've only had preloved phones then I've never had any problems

Only the 21FE and iPhone 14 come with bonus discounts to your plan. Be careful with preloved/refurbished phones. They can sometimes be repaired using third party screens/batteries. If you end up with one of these with a defect, you can only return a phone once per year.

The thing about preloved/refurbished phones is that the battery will most likely have deteriorated a bit if the phone is a few years old.
