Why is my APN disabled:
I am currently in San Francisco, my data plan works only in Canada, so when I landed here I decided to buy the add-on plan to have internet access here in the USA, my phone was working fine until yesterday, Last night I was looking at the security options on my phone to lock the sim card, (not that I had to do it, I was curious only) I activated the option and begun to ask for security codes, after a few tries, I think for security reasons it locked the sim card and the data add on plan did not work anymore, I don't have access to internet now, I have tried to set the APN settings a few times, but when I hit on save it give the message "APN disabled" that option is grey and can not be set to " Enable" According to some articles is the service provided that blocks it for security reasons. Can someone help me with this issue please?

From the Fizz FAQ - note that you must login to your account to unblock the sim. I am assuming that when you locked the sim using your phone settings, your phone sent a message to Fizz.
Block your SIM card.
Blocking a SIM card allows to block any fraudulent use of your plan, as well as access to your phone number. To do so, log into your Fizz account. Under My phones you’ll see an option to report your phone as lost/stolen and block your phone and/or SIM card. The block is effective immediately.
When your SIM card is blocked, your mobile plan remains active.
- You will stille be able to access your voicemail from another phone. See how
- Best is for you to activate a new SIM card as soon as possible (with another phone if yours is also lost/stolen).
- You may also unsubscribe from your mobile plan. This would come into effect at the end of your payment cycle.If you find your SIM card, you can unblock it by going back into your account.

Did you try to add a new APN, you can set multiple APN and decide which one to use.
Did you enable the data roaming?
