    You can reduce the plan to the minimum

    Also you can close for less than 60days reactivate and close it again after 15 days

    Reduce yes, the minimum is 7$ + TX and 911 but if you have a good price you lost this price when you choice new plan.

    In Ontario, the minimum plan costs $5 + tax.

    If you're unconcerned with points you can port out to a free VOIP service and port back in when you're back.

    Can port number to voip.ms for $1 per month.

    Fizz will not allow porting a number from a VoIP service

    You must have a way to stop the service than restart after certain time with no consequences for your plan or number.
