Transaction statement downloading stuck

Hi,

I am trying to download the statements from "Transaction history" page (https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/wallet/payment-history), but it is stuck in loading the statement (see screenshot below) when I click on the row. Can we have this fixed?

Update: it works on a different machine, so probably a client OS/hardware problem. Note down my information if someone ever have time to look into this bug:

Apple M1 Pro

Did you try to use a different browser or clear the cache sometime, this can help

Also check if your antivirus/malware blocked it

I tried it in "Incognito Window" in Chrome (so should be a fresh new session) and still got the same thing. Tried in Safari and got the same thing. It's probably a problem on server side.

Probably is linked to your account, can you try to click on the page wait 30 seconds before clicking on the line that you need

If nothing help, go to your account My settings → resolve en issue, chat with the support or open a ticket

Same OS version, but Firefox and I don't have problems
