SIM card doesn't work in my new phone...
I bought a new phone (iPhone/Apple) and when I want to put my SIM card inside, I get a message that says: "sim not supported" what should I do?
I TRIED:
-turning off my phone
-turning off airplane mode
-to write to Fizz support
-called Apple
-...
All this did not bring me any positive solutions...
Also, I can't change my number because its my work tool!
Thank you for your advice!

Hi @bikou
Could it be that your new iPhone is locked to a carrier other than fizz?
If you have not already done so, update the phone to the latest iOS which should prompt for a carrier settings update.
Also try the solution here from Apple to update the phones carrier settings.
Cheers,
Brad

Your Iphone is US or Canada series ?
- Check Carrier Lock Status: Go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions," your phone is unlocked. If not, you might need to contact your carrier to unlock it.

- Update iOS and Carrier Settings: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. Also, update your carrier settings by going to Settings > General > About and waiting for a prompt to update

- Reinsert the SIM Card: Eject the SIM card using a SIM ejector tool or a paperclip, then reinsert it carefully.

- Reset Network Settings: This will reset your Wi-Fi, cellular, and VPN settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Try to enable the wifi on the iphone, make a carrier network update, if this doesn't work the phone is SIM locked contact the seller to get it unlocked, all the phone sold in Canada must be unlocked bylaw.
